The two chipsets are the North and Southbridge. The Northbridge work
with the AGP Port, the main memory
and the FBS (Front side bus), while the Southbridge
works on the data from the PCI and ISA slots. But the Computer needs both to work even thought
the Northbridge seems to do all the important work. The I/O controller is and input/output
device, where you give the the information to the computer and i gose to the CPU. Or the I/O controller
can get the information from the existing Hard Disk or RAM.-Vlad
